Traditional Massage
Traditional Thai massage (Nuad Thai) is a deeply restorative experience rather than a typical massage. By combining rhythmic pressure, guided stretches, and mindful movements, it encourages the flow of energy throughout the body. Using palms, thumbs, elbows, and controlled body weight, the therapist helps release blockages, improve flexibility, and bring body and mind back into harmony.
Thai massage is a deeply revitalizing treatment that helps relieve fatigue, ease back and neck pain, reduce headaches, and loosen stiff muscles and joints. It also supports healthy circulation, leaving you feeling relaxed and re-energized.
This treatment can be booked from 60 minutes!
Thai Sports Massage
This massage is ideal for post-exercise recovery, helping tired muscles relax and repair. It can also be used before physical activity to activate the muscles and reduce the risk of injury. If you are already dealing with an injury, a sports massage may support the recovery process; however, the diagnosis and treatment of injuries are always left to doctors and/or physiotherapists.
You don’t need to be an athlete to enjoy this massage. It’s a wonderful way to ease muscle knots and let your body fully relax and loosen up.
Because a sports massage is quite vigorous, it is not recommended immediately before or after strenuous exercise, as this could overload the muscles and lead to adverse effects. If you would like a massage before intense physical activity, we recommend choosing a gentler treatment, such as an aroma and oil relaxation massage. This massage stimulates blood circulation and gently activates the muscles, helping to prepare the body without placing excessive strain on it.
Relaxing Oil Massage
A Relaxing Oil Massage is a deeply soothing full-body treatment designed to calm the mind, release muscle tension, and restore balance to the body. This traditional Thai-inspired massage uses warm, aromatic oils combined with slow, flowing massage techniques to promote total relaxation and stress relief.
Unlike deep tissue or pressure-based massages, a relaxing oil massage focuses on gentle to medium pressure, making it ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and emotional well-being. The therapist uses long, smooth strokes to improve blood circulation, ease muscle stiffness, and encourage the body’s natural healing process.
Office Syndrome Massage
Office Syndrome Massage is a targeted therapeutic treatment designed to relieve muscle pain and stiffness caused by long hours of sitting, desk work, and computer use. This massage focuses on areas most affected by office-related strain, including the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, and arms.
Note: This massage can be booked for a minimum of 90 minutes.
Using a combination of traditional Thai massage techniques and therapeutic pressure, this treatment helps release deep muscle tension, improve posture, and restore natural movement to the body. It is especially effective for people who experience chronic neck and shoulder pain, headaches, or back discomfort due to sedentary work.
Foot Reflexology
Stimulating the reflex points on the feet has a soothing and therapeutic effect on the entire body. Foot massage is an integral part of traditional Thai massage and is based on the principles of foot reflexology.
In addition to manual techniques, Thai foot massage also uses traditional wooden pressure point sticks. These tools are applied to stimulate specific reflex points in the feet, helping to improve blood circulation in the feet and legs while supporting healthy organ function.
Neck, Shoulders, Back & Lower Back Massage
The Neck, Shoulders, Back & Lower Back Massage is a focused therapeutic treatment designed to relieve tension, stiffness, and pain in the areas most commonly affected by stress, poor posture, and daily activities. This massage is ideal for clients who carry tension in their upper body or experience discomfort from long hours of sitting or physical strain.
Using traditional Thai massage techniques combined with targeted pressure, the therapist works deeply into problem areas to release tight muscles, improve circulation, and restore mobility. This treatment can be performed with or without oil, depending on your preference and muscle condition.
Thai head massage
Thai Head Massage goes beyond just the head—it also targets the neck, face, and shoulders to provide deep relaxation and relief from tension. This soothing treatment is especially effective for headaches and neck discomfort caused by prolonged sedentary work, computer use, or holding the same posture for long periods. By stimulating circulation and releasing muscle tightness, it helps reduce stress, improves mental clarity, and leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind and restore balance to both body and mind.
Stress and tension often manifest as tightness and discomfort in the head, neck, and shoulders. This tension is a common trigger for headaches—research shows that around 70% of all headaches are linked to tight muscles in the neck and shoulders. A Thai Head Massage can help release this tension, providing relief and promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
This massage can be performed either sitting or lying down, depending on your comfort. While using oil makes the treatment easier for the therapist, it can also be performed without oil if you prefer. You’ll always be asked beforehand how you’d like your massage, ensuring it’s tailored to your needs.
